Yes, Dartmouth Libraries does keep the College's yearbook, the Aegis. These items do not circulate but are available for your perusal in-house. Rauner Special Collections Library maintains the entire run of the Aegis. Copies of the Aegis from 1915 to present may also be available upon request at the Baker-Berry Circulation Desk; staff will retrieve them from the Orozco room for your perusal.
