When looking for other articles that cite a specific article, there are several options:

1. Use the Cited Reference Search on Web of Science. Information about performing this function can be found here: Cited Reference Search Guide. Or search for the article by title using the documents search and click on "cited by" in the article record.

2. Use Scopus to search for the document and click on "cited by" in the article record.
