One quick method is to place your book outside on a calm warm day, fanned out on a table and simply air it out. Be conscious of direct sun and pending rain.

Another option is to get a large plastic garbage bag and put a tray with sides, filled with some sort of odor absorbent material like unscented kitty litter, in the bottom of the bag. Place a screen or a cardboard tray with holes on top of the walls of the bottom tray. Place your book fanned out on the tray, tie up the bag and let sit. Check every few days for improvement.
