In theory, we are looking for the “author’s final peer-reviewed version,” which is the one they submit to the publisher just before the publisher applies their own branding and formatting for the journal issue. In practice, faculty don’t always know which of their versions is the right one, so we ask them to submit whatever they have and then we contact them if a different version is needed. Contact us!
