Reserve lists for each semester should be submitted as early as possible by faculty. Pre-term deadlines are set each term, usually about 6 weeks prior to the start of the upcoming term. Course Reserve Reading Lists received by pre-term deadlines are GUARANTEED to be available for student use on the first day of classes. Exceptions to the guarantee would be books that have to be ordered, items that must be recalled from borrowers, and missing books. Course Reserve Reading Lists submitted late, after pre-term deadlines, may not be processed in time for students to have access to the material when they need it.

All Reserve Reading Lists are processed IN THE ORDER IN WHICH THEY ARE RECEIVED.
