There is no current one-stop resource for translating news and newspapers. FBIS Daily Reports is a useful resource for World War II and the Cold War, but ends in the late 80s/early 90s. BBC Monitoring is available for regions and countries, but is limited to the late 90s and after. CAIRN is an excellent resource for translated French-language scholarship and comment, especially for world affairs. PressReader provides access to a staggering array of current content in newspapers and magazines, browsable by country, often with one of more English-language publications.
